A halter neckline is a classy style for any event where you would like to look festive. It is a way to show a little bit more of your shoulders and collarbone, yet keep the look elegant (when the front and back are still covered). Balance out the top with high-waisted light colored dress pants. Finally, tie in the colors with classic pointy black pumps (or flats) and a black patent clasp bag to match the top. Add some gold state earrings and voilà – what a simple, yet sophisticated look!
