This look is so business chic! While you could pull this look off at work with a longer skirt, personally I would wear this outfit in my free time with the ladies out at a restaurant. A long black structured blazer that is double breasted looks great with a simple structured skirt underneath. Here I opted for a black v-neck sweater, although you could choose any type of top such as a fitted turtleneck or a (white) button down shirt. Black opaque tights with black pointy velvet pumps look so sophisticated and balance out the shortness of the skirt to keep it classy.
